We use one-hour arrival windows so your day stays predictable. Pricing is discussed before work starts, so you’re not put in awkward situations with customers. We don’t use overtime charges as a sales tactic. And we care more about doing the job right than upselling something the homeowner doesn’t need.
Most of our work stays local in Calgary, which means you’re not stuck driving all over the place or getting home late every night.

We’re looking for a solid residential service tech who takes pride in doing clean, professional work. Most of your day will be spent on repairs, maintenance, and the occasional installation. You’ll work directly with homeowners, quote jobs honestly, and have real backup when a call gets complicated.
We don’t cram your schedule or push upsells. We care more about doing the job right than squeezing in one more call.
We’re looking for someone who’s calm on the phone, organized, and good with people. You’ll be the first voice customers hear when something goes wrong in their home. Your job is to book calls, support the techs in the field, and keep the day running smoothly.
This isn’t a high-pressure call center job. It’s about clear communication, good scheduling, and making customers feel taken care of.
